Musical Instruments for Band and Orchestra

Alief ISD is seeking quotes from vendors holding cooperative contracts for Musical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies for “Band and Orchestra” with associated delivery and installation for multiple locations at 4 High Schools, 6 Middle Schools, & 6 Intermediate Schools. The deadline for submission is December 20, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at which time the names of vendors submitting proposals will be available. Vendors may expect awards to be made per line item. If a vendor is chosen for more than one line item, the District reserves the right to negotiate any savings from choosing multiple lines. Faxed, Emailed and Late Proposals will not be accepted. The price must include inside delivery with liftgate service and debris removal. Campuses do not have loading docks, ramps, dollies or other material handling equipment for use by the vendor.
