Project Description: Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) is pleased to offer Parry Block, a rare 2.33-acre development opportunity on the western edge of downtown Salt Lake City. Bound by 600 West, 100 South, and Dansie Drive, this well-positioned site gives developers a chance to shape one of the city’s quickly-transforming neighborhoods.
The property is zoned in the Gateway Mixed-Use District, which allows a building 75’ to 180’ tall housing a wide variety of uses, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, light industrial, and more.
Parry Block offers convenient access to so much of what downtown Salt Lake City has to offer. It is just one block from The Gateway and two blocks from the Delta Center. It is only two blocks away from UTA’s Salt Lake Central and North Temple stations which provide frequent service to SLC International Airport, Park City, and the entire I-15 corridor from Provo to Ogden.
The CRA will accept offers through responses to its public Request for Proposals (RFP) until May 15, 2026. Please read the RFP for development requirements, preferences, and the offer selection process.
