NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE
NETARTS GETAWAY FOR THE OCEANSIDE SUBSTATION PROJECT

Tillamook People’s Utility District is requesting proposals for the Netarts Getaway for the Oceanside Substation Project. Proposals shall be submitted electronically at the following address https://www.tpud.org/rfp with the subject line “Proposal for RFP 2025-11-01” on or before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, December 31, 2025 (RFP Closing). Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the District’s office at 2:00 p.m. (PT), December 31, 2025. Any proposals received after the closing time will not be accepted. Proposals submitted by facsimile or other means will not be accepted or opened.

The District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities in this RFP; to cancel the RFP at any time at the District’s sole discretion; to bifurcate the RFP and award the RFP to more than one proposer; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, and the District’s purchasing policy.
