On-Call Professional Services to Support the City of Rancho Cordova Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program

The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking the submission of proposals from qualified consultants with demonstrated experience in administering and supporting federally funded programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

The work to be performed under this contract consists, in general, of providing on-call professional services to support the City’s CDBG Program, including program administration, planning and reporting, environmental review, subrecipient monitoring, compliance with HUD regulations, and related technical assistance. Services may also include support for other HUD-funded programs, as applicable. The Consultant shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services, as described in the Scope of Work, this Request for Proposals, and as directed by the City.
