Description:
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide statewide Traffic Count Collection Services across all forty-six (46) counties in South Carolina. Services shall include the collection, processing, and reporting of traffic data, including Turning Movement Counts (TMCs), in accordance with SCDOT requirements and applicable industry standards.
