Recreational Therapy at Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a One (1) year contract to procure Recreational Therapist Services for Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center located at 197 Half Hollow Road Dix Hills, NY 11746. Details are specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Scope of Work attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2025, @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Request for Quote (RFQ), Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Thursday, July 3, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, July 10, 2025.

Quote Submission Due Date is Thursday July 17, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
