Description: NY State OPRHP is seeking best and final quotes for the purchase and installation of a permanent aluminum ADA ramp at the tour building entrance of Olana State Historic Site in Hudson, NY. Location of Project: Olana NY State Historic Site Main House An aluminum, switchback configured ADA ramp unit to reach an elevation of 32” above grade and no wider than 9’-0” shall be placed at the Main House building’s entrance. All permitting, code, and ADA requirements must be met. Color of the ramp must be a powder coated BLACK. RFQ response must show the line item costs for: The cost of the ramp -Cost of Freight -Cost installation/ Labor -Cost of color/ painting if applicable -Cost of landing pad at base of the ramp -Cost of concrete footing pads for ramp supports (Materials and installation labor). Labor costs according to NY State Prevailing Wage. Response must contain a sketch/ description/ image of the ramp configuration and include information regarding the landings, handrails, guardrails, and other items provided in the ramp unit technical details included with attached RFQ.
