Description:

Metro-North Railroad (MNR), in collaboration with the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) and the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), is executing a multi-agency procurement for new dual-mode locomotives to replace the aging P32 Genesis and DE-DM30 fleets.
The Consultant will support the design, production, testing, delivery, acceptance, and warranty phases of the program.
