Special Requirements:
A MANDATORY pre-bid will be held at 11:00 AM, July 15, 2025 at the Benton Convention Center parking deck on the corner of 6th and Cherry Streets in Winston-Salem. Attendees may park free in Lower Level bus parking area off 6th Street and the group will meet at the Lower Level exit gate. The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work as it relates to custodial services at the property. Qualified vendors are REQUIRED to attend this pre-bid so that they may have an opportunity to inspect the areas included in the proposal. The project manager will be present to answer any questions.
The City of Winston-Salem will not consider bids from companies who do not have a representative present at the pre-bid and/or who fails to record their attendance on the sign-in sheet.
