Southeastern Elementary School Addition

The Project Work is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, designing an approximately 26,000 square foot addition to Southeastern Elementary School. The new addition will house twelve new classrooms, a STEAM / Flex space, and building support spaces. To accommodate the new addition, the bus loop and visitor parking will be reconfigured. The building will be a one-story, steel framed structure with a low-slope roof. Alterations to the existing school building will occur in limited areas, including several classrooms and corridor adjacent to the new addition, as well as alterations within the guidance
suite.

Chesapeake Public Schools, including the School Board (hereafter known as the District) seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide Southeastern Elementary School Addition .

Through this Invitation For Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to ident ify a vendor who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.
