This is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for vendors to provide a quote on Equipment Listed in the attached Solicitation (RFQ). The associated NAICS code is 561261. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this notice which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type of contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this notice to the responsible offeror. all offers must have a Cage Code and a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
