This is a sole source contract action to Gulf Breeze Mobile Home Park, at 512 BragintonStreet, Clearwater, FL 33756 – Pinellas County for the monthly lease of two (4) TravelTrailer (TT) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 for Hurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
