Request for Proposals (RFP) for newspaper publishing services will be received by the City of Cambridge until 4:30 pm on Monday, December 29 th , 2025. Reponses received will be submitted to the City Council for action at its meeting on January 5, 2026. The RFP recipient must be a legal newspaper circulated within the City of Cambridge in accordance with Minnesota Statutes.
Request for proposals are being requested for the publishing of legal information described and defined in Minn. Stat. §331A including:
- Public Notices
- Proceedings of Council Meetings
- City Financial Statement
- City Budget
Proposals must be returned to the City Administrator, 300 3 rd Avenue NE, Cambridge, MN 55008 by 4:30 pm on Monday, December 29 th , 2025.
