The City of Richmond, Virginia, on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities, seeks bids from qualified firms for the purpose of providing landfill dumping services. The services required include receiving excavated material, consisting of rubble and various construction spoils, into one or more of the firm's landfills, on an as-needed basis.
