Off-the-Lot Truck

The Orange County Health Care Agency (HCA) Environmental Health Services (EHS) requires a truck comparable to the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or Dodge Ram 1500 to assist in aiding the Health Hazmat Team respond to incidents county-wide that involve a release or potential threat of hazardous materials and waste that pose a physical, chemical, biological, or radiological threat to the community. The Health Hazmat Team provides emergency response support staffing 24 hours a day responding with our fire, law, and other county/city agencies.

The County of Orange, Health Care Agency , (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Off-the-Lot Truck . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.
