Synopsis:
|
|
INVITATION TO TENDER
The RM of Nipawin No. 487 is calling for tenders for the maintenance services for Bushfield’s Landing Boat Launch, located at SE 13-50-15 W2, for the period of July 10, 2025 to September 1, 2025 inclusive.
Expected maintenance activities include:
- removal of driftwood from log boom and boat launch areas;
- removal of garbage; and
- general groundskeeping (mowing, weed removal, etc.)
OTHER TENDER DETAILS
1. The contractor shall be responsible to supply all required equipment and pay all associated costs of employees or labor to complete the work
indicated above.
2. Tender should include proof of general liability insurance, WCB coverage and list of equipment.
3. Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
4. The RM of Nipawin No. 487 retains the right to reject ALL tenders.
5. Sealed tenders must be clearly marked “Bushfield’s Landing” and will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Monday July 7th, 2025.
6. Tenders will be opened and awarded at the July 8th, 2025 Regular Meeting of Council.
