Newman Wetland Center Exhibit Redesign

Project Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) for design-build services for the design and construction of a new exhibit area at Newman Wetlands Center (NWC) is issued by Clayton County Water Authority (“Owner”) to invite the submission of proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP. The purpose of this project is to design and construct a modernized exhibit space at the Newman Wetlands Center (NWC) that enhances environmental education and visitor engagement. Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) seeks a design-build firm to redesign the existing 1,900-square-foot exhibit area into an interactive, accessible, and immersive learning environment for visitors of all ages.
