DRAFT SOLICITATON FOR SPECIAL NOTICE NOTIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY

The purpose of this special notice is to provide a draft solicitation for the Hartwell O&M Project to Industry for review and feedback. Specifically requesting input on any issues that are found and/or changes that are recommended in order to update the draft for future publishing. The intent of the Government is to create a product that Industry views appropriate and reasonable for this requirement.

Special Notice Notification- Maintenance, Repair, Minor Construction, and Operations of the Hartwell Project, Savannah District W912HN-24-R-0003 This is a Special Notice Notificaiton Only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the government in any contract award. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, is conducting preliminary research to determine the capabilities of potential contractors to perform maintenance, repair, minor construction, and operations of the Hartwell Project.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this contract is to provide the maintenance, repair, minor construction, and operation of the Hartwell Project to include the Project Manager’s Office, campgrounds, day-use parks, boating access areas, dams, Power Plant, Clemson Pumping Station, and other project resources as specified in the following technical provisions.
