Term Contract for General Construction Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified Bidders to perform as needed general construction trade services on its campus. The campus is comprised of hospital, research laboratories and office facilities. Services may include demolition and construction of ceilings, walls, floors, doors, infection control barriers and other similar general construction tasks. All Bidders must meet or exceed the requirements contained within the RFP, industry standards, and all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. Response to this RFP, alone, does not guarantee the Bidder(s) will be awarded the contract described herein.

As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park may award multiple zero-dollar term contracts to the successful Bidder(s) to provide the proposed services. Contractors will sign an agreement for a three (3) year initial term which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of nonrenewal by Roswell Park is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term.
