The City of Galax is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for mowing and removal of debris along Chestnut Creek, twice annually, and all the specifications described herein. This is for a contractual term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of award notice. Any term extension must be agreed in writing by the City of Galax and the Contractor. The mowing services must include the work described herein under Scope of Work. The City of Galax reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (2.2-4300 et seq., Code of Virginia) and the procurement regulations of the City of Galax.
