NBRC Water and Sewer Infrastructure Project
Description:
Construct road, water and sewer infrastructure improvements, a transformational project that will work in conjunction with recent RESTORE NY and NY Main Street awards to the Town of Lyons in the Canal/Geneva St corridor. The project will add (or replace inoperable) water distribution system valves, replace existing antiquated and/or undersized water mains, including hydrants and valves; add a new water main for looping and improvement of hydraulic conditions; rehabilitate existing sanitary sewers using cured in place (CIPP) epoxy lining; epoxy line existing sanitary manholes; and rehabilitate the roads, curbs and sidewalks and address drainage issues in the project areas along Montezuma Street, Canbal Street and Clyde Road in the downtown area.
