Green Jobs Green New York- Primary Loan Servicer

Description of goods to services to be bid:

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority is seeking a loan servicing organization to service its Green Jobs Green New York (“GJGNY”) loan portfolio exceeding $660 million in residential loans as of April 30, 2025. The loan servicer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: establishing loans received via an application programming interface (API) from the loan originator; acceptance of borrowers' loan remittances by automatic withdrawal, accepting over-the-phone payments and payments remitted by New York's seven investor-owned utilities via API and the correct application (spreading) of those payments; applying/charging late fees and returned payment/non-sufficient funds fees, preparing/mailing of monthly statements/bills; responding to borrower inquiries and complaints; providing payoff quotes and paid in-full letters; having an on-line application for borrowers to monitor their loans and make periodic payments; collections on delinquent accounts; and providing a variety of reports.
