Project Description: The objective of this contract is to procure a qualified contractor to supply, transport, and deliver Peracetic Acid in bulk tank loads and tote quantities to facilities owned and operated by the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD). The contractor shall ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, safe handling, and product quality in accordance with MSD operational needs and the specifications set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
