RE: BID 20260510 PURCHASE AND INSTALL DIGITAL SCALE FOR LANDFILL
BID DUE DATE: JULY 15, 2026, ADDENDUM NO. 2
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force
and effect as the original Bid and contract documents, and Bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the
additions, deletions and revisions as listed herein.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
Q1. Is this going to be a new scale needing a new concrete foundation or are we replacing an old scale with an existing
foundation?
A1. No, the County is not replacing the concrete scale structure.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original quote documents of Bid No. 20260510.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their Bid Forms.
