RFQ - 2026-2027 Surveying Consultant Services For Federal Aid Projects - 2025083
The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Proposals from Firms with expertise in surveying (boundary surveys, topographic surveys), writing legal descriptions for easements and acquisitions and researching boundary lines. Any contract awarded as a result of this procurement is contingent upon the availability of funding. A portion of the funding for this project may come from state or federal sources. Where applicable, the contract awarded as a result of this procurement will incorporate the requirements of state or federal funding programs. The period of performance of the contract resulting from this RFQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about January 1, 2026, and to end on December 31, 2027.
