Request for Quotation - Dillingham Attorney General's Office Janitorial Services

The Alaska Department of Law, Administrative Division is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide weekly janitorial services at the Dept. of Law’s District Attorney’s Office in Dillingham, located at 2570 Airport Spur Rd., Dillingham, Alaska. This contract will have an initial term of one year beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026, with three additional one-year renewals to be exercised at the mutual consent of both parties.

Services will be provided once per week. Due to the small number of staff at this location, and the difficulty of scheduling an APSIN-certified staff member to monitor work being done, all offerors must possess APSIN certification prior to submitting a proposal and include it with their submission. Offerors who do not possess an APSIN certification will not be considered for award.
