Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by Purchasing located in the Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance Office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225.

Funding for Workforce Housing Infrastructure or Facilities Projects

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, June 24 July 1, 2025 (Extended in Addendum 1)

At which time and place proposals will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to be present the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late proposals will not be considered.

Whatcom County is requesting proposals for grants and/or loans from the sales and use tax for public facilities in rural counties (Economic Development Investment (EDI) fund), from eligible Proposers for eligible activities that involve Workforce Housing Infrastructure or Facilities located within Whatcom County, that support housing for those with incomes at or below 120% Area Median Income (AMI), as further described in the RFP document.
