The Virginia Horse Industry Board (VHIB) is soliciting grant pre-proposals via Google Form (see attached) for projects that meet industry needs in alignment with the VHIB mission. Pursuant to § 3.2-1703, the VHIB is responsible for promotion and economic development of the equine industry in the Commonwealth. In 2026, VHIB anticipates making up to 60 awards in just one funding cycle, from a pool of up to $500,000.
