A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8:30 AM on 05/20/2026 at the project/construction site (20825 Cold Creek Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89166). All Prime Contractors (Bidders) are required to attend.
Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘NDOC Contractor Background Check Application’ and the ‘NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details. |
