Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications, and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue, 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT February 18 2025, for the Appomattox River Greenway Trail - Phase V.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, January 27 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT, at City Hall - Council Chambers, 201 James Avenue - 1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA 23834
Once the Notice to Proceed has been issued by the City, the successful bidder shall complete all work in 485 calendar days.
This project consists of installation of a new 10-ft asphalt trail, two pre-fabricated bridges and drainage from Rosslyn Landing and extends to the north and west to Jennick Drive.
