Texas OccupationsCode ยง 2308.0575(b) requires the Commission to contract for a study on privateproperty towing fees for it to adopt rules that establish the feesthat may be charged by towing companies for private property tows, the maximumamount that may be charged for other related fees in connection with privateproperty tows, if any, and the maximum amount that may be charged for other privateproperty tows depending on the motor vehicles gross weight.
