Aggregate Products - REISSUE, RFQ 668835

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide various aggregate products to the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF) on an as needed basis. The LCSWMF will be the primary user of the services provided under the resulting contract and is located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.

Quantities identified in this IFB are for bid evaluation purposes only. The County estimates spending approximately $150,000 to $300,000 per year on aggregate products under this contract but makes no guarantee as to the minimum amount of material to be ordered annually. Reference Section 6.0, Terms and Conditions, Quantities paragraph 6.3.

Prices for material delivered to the LCSWMF shall include delivery. No additional delivery charges, surcharges, or other fees are permitted. The County intends to award this Contract in its entirety for a one (1) year period with up to six (6) additional one (1) year renewal options. Bidders are required to bid on all line items on Attachment #1 – Price List and submit it with the bid. Failure to bid on all line items will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected.

Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional pre-bid conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.
