The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to design, supply, install and tend to the seasonal floral displays in sixty-five (65) flower pots that are 30” in diameter, nine (9) flower beds, and eight (8) hanging baskets throughout Old Town Bluffton. A non-mandatory meeting will be held 8/7.
