Description:

Remove the existing hydraulic lines, provide the material, labor, and consumables to fabricate

and install the hydraulic system, connect new piping to the existing hydraulic piping, and replace

existing pipe supports. Pipe and fittings to be 1-1/4 inch Stainless Steel with a minimum working

pressure of 3,100 psi. Spot treat the upstream and downstream coatings and other surfaces with

original coatings by removing rust and flaking coatings. Apply new coatings to prepared surfaces,

including the cable trench covers. Remove existing seals (side, bottom sill, and middle) and replace

with new seals. Remove and replace existing seal hardware. This project is contingent on Idaho Falls

Power’s approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This project will take place after a

coffer dam has been installed and the water has been drained between the coffer dam and Dam No.

1.
