UPDATE TO DRAFT SOLICITATION NOTICE: April 1, 2025

This update is to clarify that any presentation/proposal submission dates previously provided in the draft solicitation were included for planning purposes only, to demonstrate the anticipated pace of the acquisition process. These dates were estimates and are not in effect. All proposal-related dates are currently To Be Determined (TBD). Additional information will be provided in future updates.

The purpose of this notice is to provide potential offerors with a read-ahead draft of the upcoming requirement. The Government is not accepting proposals at this time, and any proposal submissions in response to this notice will not be evaluated.

This pre-solicitation draft is issued for planning purposes only and to give potential offerors early visibility into the general scope and structure of the anticipated solicitation. Please note that details contained in this notice are subject to change prior to the final issuance of the solicitation.

At this time, no additional information is available, and no response is required. A formal solicitation, if and when issued, will be posted separately on SAM.gov.

QUESTIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED but will not be addressed until a formal solicitation has been posted. Please follow the instructions/guidance in Section “4. Submission of Questions” of the Solicitation.
