25-042 Development Advisory Services for the Redevelopment of the Baptist Hospital Legacy Campus

The City of Pensacola seeks qualified advisory services to support the planning, structuring, and execution of the redevelopment of the Baptist Hospital legacy campus.

The site is envisioned as a dynamic, mixed-income, mixed-use community, anchored by educational, health, and community-serving uses, with a mix of residential, commercial, civic spaces and parks.
