The City of Compton Human Resources Department is initiating a Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers. The department will secure a single, reliable firm to deliver comprehensive EAP services for all City employees and eligible dependents. The selected provider will serve as the City’s sole and primary EAP partner and will support employee well-being confidentially and professionally.
