UP-2024-003; Coal Storage Fabric Roof Replacement

Slippery Rock University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites
Contractors to download bid documents for this project.

Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Demolition and replacement of the reinforced poly membrane covering existing galvanized steel framing including arched roof, the north end walls only, roll-up membranes at end wall opening, membrane skirt, as well as the tensioning system complete. Removal of all demolition items from site.

Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education and the University.
