BJWSA is solicitating Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR/Contractor) for CIP-2457, Cherry Point Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to Hardeeville Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Flow Equalization Project. The solicitation will be a one-step process to select the CMAR for the Project. Initial CMAR scope will be to provide pre-construction support services and develop multiple. Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals for the construction of the work.
