Downtown Revitalization Program - Facade Project, Phase XIV

Kirksville Regional Economic Development, Inc. (K-REDI) will accept sealed bids for DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROGRAM - FACADE PROJECT, PHASE XIV (110 S. ELSON ST.) PROJECT NO. M-25-001 at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St, Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 pm, Thursday, May 29, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be plainly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope: Sealed Bid: Downtown Facade Project - Phase XIV. Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the City of Kirksville Community & Economic Development Department, Codes & Planning Division, by email to sray@kirksvillecity.com.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 12, 2025, in the second-floor conference room of City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501.

K-REDI reserves the right to refuse any bid for any sound, documented reason. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the day of opening bids.
