Place of Performance:
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of a new communications building for the Sioux Falls Repeater site in South Dakota.
The principal components of the work involve providing a new 12’ by 32’ precast concrete communications building; providing HVAC, electrical equipment, and emergency generator; relocating existing underground electrical power and propane lines; and removing and disposing of an existing 12’ x 20’ light frame building.
The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All work is to be completed within 180 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about November 18, 2024, and the projected solicitation close December 18, 2024.
