The Town of Wickenburg is seeking Town Engineer Services to provide professional engineering consulting services for a full range of engineering services. Sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, 155 E. Tegner St., Ste. A, Wickenburg, Arizona 85390 until 11:00 a.m. Arizona Time, June 19, 2025. One (1) original and six (6) copies of the SOQ must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “RFQ - 25-03 TOWN ENGINEER SERVICES” along with the name and address of the bidder. The SOQ shall include a one-page cover letter plus a maximum of twenty (20) pages to address the SOQ criteria specified (including organization chart), plus Appendix A.
The Town of Wickenburg is seeking Town Engineer Services to provide professional engineering consulting services for a full range of engineering services in connection with capital improvement and operational needs of Town streets, water, sewer, electrical service, parks and other public facilities, and grant programs such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. SERVICES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO: plan review, engineering design, construction administration, facility planning, environmental analysis, conceptual layouts, rate studies, retention and oversight of outside engineers retained by Town, assistance to Town personnel in preparation of grant applications, field survey, GIS and mapping services, special feasibility studies, conducting public hearings and workshops, attend Common Council meetings, and management and operations evaluations as may be necessary.
REQUIRED SERVICES INCLUDE: obtaining public and staff input, programming, schematic design/design development, preparation of construction documents, preparation of plans and specifications, preparing the bid packages, assisting with the bid tabulation and analysis, and providing certain services during the construction phase.
The Town anticipates entering into a five (5) year contract with the selected firm with a seven (7) days cancellation period for both parties and an option to renew for one (1) five year term if both parties are in agreement.
