Description
The City of Hapeville, Georgia will receive sealed technical and fee proposals until 2:00PM, local time, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, for the above referenced services which are described in the schedules attached hereto. The City invites Design/Build Contractors to submit proposals responsive to the specific requirements set forth in this request for proposals (RFP). This project generally consists of the construction of a 1,500 square foot closed pump track, including necessary grading, stormwater drainage, and landscaping in the southwest corner of the playing field in John R. Lewis Park.
