The GLOBE Academy HVAC Replacement Project RFP

The GLOBE Academy is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the inspection, evaluation, and replacement of HVAC components in The GLOBE Academy, Upper Campus. The primary objective of this project is to comprehensively assess the existing HVAC system, ensuring its optimal functionality by either selectively replacing only those components that are essential for restoring full operational capacity or replacing all components of the system. Additionally, all work performed must adhere to the most up-to-date energy efficiency standards and industry best practices, thereby enhancing system performance, reducing energy consumption, and promoting long-term sustainability. Hazardous materials testing will be arranged by school and completed prior to beginning of work, with a report being provided to the selected contractor.
