The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for an upcoming trail expansion for the Arcade Cripple Creek Trail. This project is primarily funded by a Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) grant comprised of federal funding.

The Arcade Creek Cripple Trail Sylvan to Stock Ranch Extension Project is the next phase to be designed and constructed from the City's Creek Corridor Trail Project. This 1/2 mile trail extension project will connect residential areas to retail centers, schools, public services, community centers, and open spaces. This trail design should prioritize features such as accessibly, fencing, vegetation management, and continuous lighting to enhance safety for all users.
