Sports Uniforms

The City of Surprise Parks and Recreation Department is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase of baseball, basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball uniforms as described in the specifications listed. The volleyball uniforms shall include jerseys and knee pads. The basketball uniforms shall include jerseys. The baseball/softball uniforms shall include hats, visors, shirts, pants, belts, and socks. The soccer uniforms shall include jerseys, shorts, socks and shin guards. Youth & adult sizes are required for all uniforms.

The Department offers both a spring and fall baseball/softball and volleyball seasons, therefore two orders may be placed annually. The Department may only need to place one order for soccer and basketball uniforms annually.

The estimated order quantities are listed; however, the number of actual uniforms may vary due to number of registered participants. The City may exercise an option to extend any resulting contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) months. Additional sports programs may be added throughout the term of the contract.

The City of Surprise Parks and Recreation Department is looking to establish a long-term contract with the flexibility to provide uniforms for its fast-growing youth sports leagues. The Parks and Recreation Department is excited to provide these opportunities to its participants which enhances the spirit of sportsmanship and wholesome competition, while improving cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance.
