Sealed bids for multiple prime bid packages will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, PICKAWAY COUNTY, OHIO (the “Owner”), as provided in this notice for
MEMORIAL HALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT – PHASE 4 (the “Project”). Questions may be
directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional
details, are on file and available by contacting Christina Cave, WDC Group at cavec@wdc-
group.com.
Bid Packages: 4A – Masonry Repair and 8A – Windows
Bid Opening: May 19, 2026, at 10:30 AM
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of County
Commissioners, Pickaway County, Ohio, ATTN: Marc Rogols, 139 W. Franklin Street,
Circleville, Ohio 43113, and plainly marked on the outside “MEMORIAL HALL WINDOW
REPLACEMENT – PHASE 4.” Bids will be received until 10:30 a.m., local time May 19, 2026,
and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the
Board of County Commissioners, Pickaway County, Ohio Office located at 139 W. Franklin
Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113. A virtual pre-bid conference will be held on May 4, 2026, at 2
p.m. Bidders are to contact cavec@wdc-group.com to request access to the Pre-Bid
Conference. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to
Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after
the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and
conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
