Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, 100 S. Market Street, Troy, Ohio, 45373. until 12 o’clock noon on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, in accordance with specifications now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City of Troy, Ohio, for a backup Quicklime Supplier for calendar year 2025 (with the material to be ordered only if needed during the calendar year).

A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into:

1. A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid amount for the projects bid, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio, or
2. A certified check, a cashiers’ check, Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount for the projects bid, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio

Proposal forms, specifications, etc., may be obtained upon application at the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, Troy, Ohio.

The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion.  The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
