Brookline, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MKA
ARCHITECTURE, LLC.
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Selective demolition and interior renovations in an existing building.
The work is estimated to cost $300,000.00.
All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 07/10/2026 at
12:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 07/17/2026 at 12:00PM EDT for general bids.
