NOTICE OF 2026 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT
The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has awarded the following professional contract without formal competitive bidding unless otherwise noted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii) at their April 7, 2026 meeting. Once executed, this contract and the resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ 07041. The contract is authorized for one year through December 31, 2026 unless otherwise detailed in the contract.
Professional Owners Representative Services
Awarded to: Legacy Construction Management, Inc., 5021 Industrial Road, Wall NJ 07727
Services: Professional owner’s representative services in connection with the addition and renovations to Millburn Town Hall located at 375 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ
Amount: as set forth in the proposal of March 17, 2026 and in the an estimated not to exceed amount of $391,650.00 for 2026.
